How does Cooley Signs price guarantee work?
If you find a lower price from any sign company or local shop on like items and materials, just show us the price (ie: their published & dated price list, their website showing prices, an e-mailed quote, printed quote) and we will match their price, or be the first to tell you that you should buy from them instead of us. Be assured though this is not likely to happen!
What if I see a lower price after I have placed my order?
We agree to match a price until the order has been scheduled into production. This time frame varies depending on our work load. Call and if the order is not into the production schedule we will be happy to make a price change.
Will Cooley Signs match another company's price when combined with a promotional offer?
Typically, companies do not offer extremely low prices in combination with promotional offers. In order for us to consider such an offer we would need the same proof as stated above. We will look at the final price and make a decision based on the total offer.
Will there be any quantiy limitations on price-matched products?
If the matched price product has limitations on quanity by the other company than we would as well. We do reserve the right to limit quanities when we price match.
Will there be any items you would not price match?
Yes. There are many "Fly-by-night" companies in the country. They have no solid reputation, are not approved suppliers for any major company, do not offer product guarantees & warranties, and offer little or no customer service. These companies offer misleading pricing and do not give specific details that cause the consumer to fall into a "price trap". We will not match prices from these companies and will advise you the reason why.
